STUDENTS CREATE A FLOOR PLAN FOR A SMALL CAFE OR OTHER RETAIL SPACE.  THEY MUST CONSIDER AND INCLUDE STORAGE AREAS, EXITS AND ENTRANCES, RESTROOM FACILITIES AND OTHER BUSINESS SPECIFIC FEATURES.  STUDENTS ARE INTORDUCED TO THE CONCEPTS OF TRAFFIC FLOW, ERGONOMICS AND EFFICIENCY.  THE DRAWINGS ARE DRAWN AT 1/4" = 1'- 0".
